Through her additional training from Duke University as well as other Leadership Programs, she has come to realize that Intuition is an important skill that we can access by getting still and really listening. It has become an important tool in her leadership roles.
Intuition is a part of who we are. It definitely balances the logical. But in the end, when a decision has to be made, it's what we can rely on to help in the process.
