We are in the energy of a new moon as well as a big shift in the cosmos.
Yes, the collective consciousness is shifting with the help of the planet Uranus.
Uranus has just moved into Taurus for the next seven years. It is said that when Uranus changes signs, major world events can occur.
You can choose to look at this shift to uncover these issues within yourself.
What can you shift about yourself, right now, to help bring a more positive and peaceful consciousness to the world and your life?
Be sure to check out the Energy Focus for more information.
The important thing to remember is to continually come back to center and ground.
There are so many tools we have that we can use for this, like Reiki. If you want to know more about Reiki, check out the Reiki Healing Summit Spring 2018. I’m honored to be one of the speakers.
In the meditation, the card from Wisdom of the Oracles is The Tribe. This card is in the protective mode (reversed), which reminds you not to dim your light to fit in. Stand tall and strong in your work. Remember to shine your gifts in your life, which allows others to do the same.
You don’t have to let your darkness or shadows be your shame.
You don’t have to hide them.
You can explore and begin to understand them.
Sitting in the pain isn’t always the easiest, but it’s the only way to move through the darkness to learn and grow.
One of the things that I have been noticing is the way in which, for many people, avoiding pain and the shadow side can show up as abuse.
It can be abuse towards someone or being abused by someone.
For example, I was in an abusive marriage. I was on the receiving end of a narcissistic man. He acted as if he was above having any issues in his life, yet he was lying and cheating in his marriage and in his business.
I suffered from the emotional and financial abuse. He acted out all his problems and blamed them on me through his abusive behavior.
I had to do my own work to understand this, which led me to my first spiritual teacher. This helped me to unravel all these issues and learn the tools I needed in order to put my life back together again.
We can heal. We can get to the root of our problems with a little effort, lots of determination, and the strength of our Spirit.
In this episode of The Empowered Spirit Show, we’re going to look at the tools of one woman, Pamela Moore, who has overcome so much in her life. She shares her amazing and vulnerable story as she talks about the tools that have helped her to change her life and help others. She shares her story and these techniques in her new book, Show Me the Way - How to Unhook and Live Free.

As Pam states, there is no such thing as an easy, perfect life.
Vulnerability helps us to see more about life, about yourself, and about others.
Find the willingness to walk through pain. It will lead you to the reward that is your life.
Reacting to thoughts and keeping them stuffed within only magnifies the energy and makes it worse, just like the cancer that was growing within me.
Working with the shadow side of ourselves is a lifetime of work! When we can open up to the shadow parts within our Spirit, we can uncover talents and gifts that need expressing.
There is a rich depth within and spirituality can help you to find this.
When you don’t use your gifts, you can sit in penalty of them and not be able to express them.
Forgiving the soul is so important. It is where we replace the shame and gift of the shadows.
It helps you to uncover your issues and move forward.
Finding gratitude for all this work raises the vibration and lifts you out of your troubles.
It is a daily routine.
Getting to know that darkness and those shadows is how we lighten them up. And then, one moment at a time, we can get through the process and empower the Spirit.
“There is no coming to consciousness without pain. People will do anything, no matter how absurd, in order to avoid facing their own soul. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness consciousness.” -Carl Jung
I’m here to offer some help and teach you some tools.
You don’t have to do this alone.
