Finding yourself a little too wound up this summer?
Is life going along at the speed of lightning?
Are you overreacting?
Developing sleep issues?
Or maybe you just can’t seem to slow down and enjoy your day?
Does any of this resonate with you?
For me it was that I was too wound up! I couldn’t slow down. I was only able to sit for a short amount of time in my meditations.
So, I decided to change it up. Stop what I was doing and explore the reasons.
And now, through that exploration, I have created an educational Summer Series on The Empowered Spirit Show: Exploring the Mind, Body and Spiritual World of CBD Oils.
My first guest on this summer Series is Brandon Knight from Modern Mystic Shop in Atlanta who will be talking about unwinding to find your Spiritual Walk with the help of the plant medicine found in the Cannabidiols or CBD oils.
Brandon started his journey with supplement health in 1999, learning from specialists and doctors in the field, and became a supplement coach and health consultant early in his career. Later he became interested in plant medicines and the spirituality of health and integration, studying with Shamans in Peru and experts in integrative psychology since 2008. He now coaches others in transformation and awareness training programs. He is part owner of Modern Mystic Shop with his wife Kelley. You can find all about the shop on their website modernmysticshop.com or stop in if you are in Atlanta area. It is located in the Ponce City Market.
