In today’s episode I thought I would offer a way to help you prepare for the decade ahead by closing out this decade with a symbolic and intuitive walk around the Medicine Wheel.
I personally like to use the teachings from the Medicine Wheel as taught in the indigenous cultures as a way of understanding the cycles of life.
I like to use these teachings to help you see, feel and spiritually understand the cycle or your path.
I use them in my life by physically walking the circle, picking and straightening out the rocks and paths, clearing away the leaves, sticks and branches, pulling the weeds, and even moving a fire ant or two…all such a reflection for me.
Life is a constant; it doesn’t stop except in death and that is really only the physical manifestation of death. The soul continues….as does the circle…as does the wheel of life.
The Medicine Wheel is a circle that contains all the teachings for the seasons and the direction of your life.
It offers insight into where you are on your journey through awareness, gratitude, compassion and love of oneself. It also offers a way to course correct along the way.
It helps you discover your personal truth in relation to yourself through Spirit and Mother Earth.
Circle teachings have been invoked around the world and in many cultures.
The Medicine Wheel is symbolic of your life. It’s like a calendar of time but instead of throwing out the calendar and just getting a new one, it continues on and on…and therefore contains all the teachings of your life.
It offers the truth for you to intuitively look at, to feel, to know, to see, to hear all the messages coming in...of where you are on your journey
So look at these messages as they come forward for you.
The wheel offers guidance and perspective on life.
It helps you discover your personal truth in relation to yourself through your Spirit and Mother Earth.
When you see the markers of time you can understand the markers you place on yourself.
When you see a rock that has fallen out of line you can relate to places within you that have also fallen out of line.
The Medicine Wheel offers you a place to reconnect to your path. It shows you many things you may not have seen or known as well as ways to strengthen what is already presented.
The Medicine wheel is divided into 4 major quadrants - the east, south, west and north. The center is where you go to pray or reflect and empower your life.
What I would like to offer in this mediation today is to combine the teachings of the medicine with your lessons for this decade.
May the nourishment of the earth be yours,
May the clarity of light be yours,
May the flow of all the elements of life be yours.
May each of you be blessed with a new path that opens you to your highest self.
May each of you know how appreciated you are in my life for tuning in, for doing the work and being a part of raising the vibration of humanity.
