I’m breaking away from my normal podcast to offer a Spiritual Pep Talk.

I know it has been a very challenging time.
I know that many are feeling frustrated.
These first weeks of spring have been hard.
You are being asked to go deep within your core, to look at issues within yourself.
There are times in life when you are called to be your biggest and boldest self.
That time is now!
This may be the case for you.
Just remember that you don’t have to waste energy being afraid.
You don’t have to waste energy being upset.
Center yourself.
Do your work diligently.
Believe in your growth.
It will happen.
